driving force behind an innovative and proprietary foaming
alternative for automobile interiors. Our new $50 million
PEF Division facility in Front Royal, Virginia manufactures
thin-gauge, crosslinked olefin with nearly twice the PP
content of competing PVC and PUR foams. With features
like superior design flexibility, enhanced thermal and
mechanical properties, and lower weight and cost, Toray
expects its foamed sheetstocks to go far.Ideally suited
for low-pressure molding (LPM) Toray's expanding PEF product
line is finding its way into a variety of trim pad applications
