TPA's state-of-the-art
PET film lines produce 60 million pounds of Lumirror® film annually
and our clean room fabrication facilities are second to none. PET
multi-layer technology demands exacting tolerances to achieve tightly
controlled film surface characteristics. Lumirror® products feature
dozens of minute surface asperities, each less than 100nm.Coextrusion
technology results in film surfaces that are microscopically smooth
on one side, yet rough enough to endure processing on the other side.
Additionally, Lumirror® films are available with priming and anti-stat
capabilities to accommodate the myriad performance requirements of
today's increasingly diverse markets and applications. As always,
TPA continues to research and develop new polyester film technologies
